Organised a presentation ceremony to aid the poor residents of multi races including Malays, Chinese, Indians from Batang Kali, Selangor. Items donated to the needy people were wheelchairs, walking sticks, spectacles, bicycles and other daily amenities.  

Organized 'Alms Giving & New Year Festive Season Visit' to orphanages and homes located in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

100 families disregard of religion, races or creed, from Taiping and Kuala Sepentang, Malaysia benefited in a great deal from Xim Phou Moon's alms giving activities.

Launching Ceremony of the "China Shenyang XG Acrobatic Troops of Disabled", presented donation of Ringgit Malaysia 5,000, school utensils and equipment for the disabled to several welfare homes in conjunction with the ceremony.

Organized and sponsored 163 Malaysian Orphans to a 12-day "Moral, Education Charity and Cultural Exchange Program" to Thailand.

Donated Malaysian Ringgit 10,000 worth of daily necessities to aid 100 hard-core poor families in Perai and Butterworth of Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

Organized a charity presentation ceremony in Ming Court Hotel to donate artificial limbs, wheelchairs, cash and basic necessities to amputees, school children, welfare homes as well as poor families from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

• Presented numerous amount of basic school material to two Tamil schools in Bukit Jalil and Ladang Kinrara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Organized the first ever "China Shenyang XG Acrobatic Troop of Disabled People" in aid of the education and welfare fund for the welfare homes in Malaysia as well as the National Welfare Foundation.

• Held a welfare aid presentation ceremony to help the 24 needy endividuals in Bentong of Pahang, Malaysia.

Donated Malaysian Ringgit 10,000 to Ipoh Chin Woo Athletic Association in Perak, Malaysia, as their welfare fund.

Malaysian Ringgit 3,000 worth of donation was given to Persatuan Masyarakat Penyayang (The Society of Caring Community) and Malaysian Ringgit 100 each was presented to 20 families in Selangor, Malaysia.

• Organized an alms giving event to aid the residents of Welfare Association for the Disabled in Gopeng, Malaysia.

Jointly organised a charity event with Shenyang Municipal of Liaoning Province, China, to help out the needy community in the respective area.

Forty other minor charity events were conducted to assist the underprivileged group of Malaysians in Hulu Selangor, Taiping, Gopeng, Prai, Puchong, Sabak Bernam and Bentong. Items donated to those in need included bicycle, spectacles, clothing, walking sticks, wheelchairs, clutches, food, books and cash.
