IM PHOU MOON Welfare Society, Malaysia ( also known as Persatuan Kebajikan Xim Phou Moon ) is a non-profit, non-sectarian, non-religious welfare based Non- Government- Organization formed in 1987 by a philanthropist, Rev. Master Loong Sang ( @L.H.Tan ). It is a registered member of the Social Welfare Council of Selangor, Malaysia and has been an active member of the council since then.

Our welfare-based organisation was formed with one objective in mind -
TO SERVE

We have been providing community and welfare aid services in the form of finance, medical, education, provisions, cultural and moral up-lifting activities and much more. The targeted groups both in Malaysia and abroad including: 

• orphans

• underprivileged children

• abandoned aged

• disabled

• the sick

• poor and destitute

Our effort to successfully undertake mega welfare community projects has resulted recognition and support from the Ministry of National Unity and Social Development Malaysia, State and National Welfare Departments, the Selangor Social Welfare Council as well as Welfare Ministries and Departments from some Asian countries. 

We have created a name in the social welfare circle, from welfare homes to welfare authorities. We are committed to our good name and will want to serve harder even at this economic slowdown.
